Shipping and payment

A print is unframed paper, so I give it the same care on its journey as I give the printing itself. Here is exactly how it works.

How I pack

I roll every print in a sheet of protective paper and ship it in a sturdy cardboard tube that will not bend even in a delivery van. Every shipment is insured for the value of the print, so if anything happens along the way, we sort it out without hassle and without cost to you. At home, just unroll the tube calmly and let the print lie flat for a few hours before framing it.

Shipping and delivery time

I ship prints two days a week, so every piece gets a quality check before packing. Count on 3 to 5 business days from order to handoff to the courier, sometimes a day or two longer for a freshly printed limited edition. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the tube leaves the studio.

Delivery

I ship across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

• Home delivery or pickup point, 1 to 2 business days from handoff
• Personal pickup in Brno by arrangement, free
• Free shipping over 3,000 CZK, below that you will see it calculated in the cart

Payment

• Card online, right after ordering
• Bank transfer, I ship the print once the payment clears

Returns and exchanges

You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Since every print is a numbered piece of a limited edition, please return it in its original condition and in the tube it arrived in, without bends or scratches to the surface. I refund within a few days of receiving the return. Unfortunately a sold out edition cannot be replaced with a substitute copy, because once it reaches twenty five copies it is not printed again.
