Old Town at Dusk

I shot this one on a rainy evening, when people were huddling under umbrellas and the lamplight was bleeding into the wet pavement. I kept color only where it truly belonged, in the tram's yellow windows and the warm glow of the streetlamps, and left the rest in a damp blue gray. The print is on matte Hahnemuhle paper, so there is not a hint of gloss, just a soft gradient of shadow. It is the most requested piece in the edition and the numbers are running out fast.
