Mountains in Mist

I set out for the viewpoint in the dark and waited almost two hours for the fog in the valleys to settle into layers that give the image depth. It is the largest format I print in this edition, because those layers deserve the extra space. I kept the contrast soft, no hard blacks, just shades of gray the way a real darkroom would render them. Of the twenty five numbered copies only a few remain, then the edition is closed.
