Spiral Staircase

I lay on my back by the railing at the top of the tower and waited until exactly the right amount of light reached the stairwell, enough to keep the spiral fully readable. No color would have helped here, so I kept the shot black and white, with deep contrast and a fine grain that gives the steps a tangible texture. It is the newest piece in the edition, only two weeks on sale so far.
